About this studio

The studio is located on the mezzanine (stair access only) and is self contained in an open plan set up with 4 studios on the mezzanine and 5 studios on the ground floor. The ground floor has 2 toilets, 2 messy sinks and a small kitchen area (microwave, kettle, fridge) for use by all the artists Please note the rent is reduced from £320 to £250 as I’ll be storing some paintings on one wall.
